Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position, offering an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our range of media services. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
Needs Assessment: Understand the client's business objectives, target audience, and marketing challenges to effectively propose tailored solutions.
Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of Jorts Van Guy Media's services.
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sales Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports to management.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving media landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Understanding of TV, radio digital marketing, social media advertising.
Familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position with a generous tired percentage of each sale over 3 years and no cap on earnings. This structure offers high earning potential for driven individuals who are committed to achieving sales targets.
